JOB TITLE: Human Resources Manager for Real Time Companies (RTCo)          
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial & Operating Officer
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the following job duties, but not limited to:
  • Provide support to employees and leaders in HR related activities including, but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, employee development, talent acquisition, training, and compensation
  • Gain ongoing employee feedback, assess issues and resolutions, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team on policy and process changes, enhancements, and clarifications aimed at improved HR efficiency
  • Administration of benefit program, including setting up benefit events, management of eligibility, facilitating the enrollment process, and reconciling benefit invoices
  • On Board / Off Board processes and procedures including, but not limited to: offer letter generation, confidentiality agreement management,  payroll paperwork, training, internal employee access setup
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records
  • Prepare and maintain staff and candidate records
  • Supports HR related training materials/session
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Partner successfully with other departments to share and process information in a team oriented environment
  • Participate on special projects such as Reward and Recognition initiatives, Engagement Surveys, Training and Development, and handbook and policy review.
  • Coordinate and manage employee and company events
  • Manage administrative duties as required
  • Other related duties as assigned 
    THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • PHR/SPHR OR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a BIG PLUS
  • 5-7 Years relevant and proven work experience in a corporate environment  HR department
  • 3-7 Years of managing staff and processes
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. 
  • Thorough understanding of HR guidelines, compliance and best practices
  • Knowledge and ability to perform full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidate skills
  • Ability to individually analyze and assess processes 
  • Effectively communicates with manager and peers regarding work processes
  • High attention to detail, high % of accuracy in work, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional resume writing skills and/or experience is a BIG plus
  • Interpersonal, critical thinking and judgment skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his/her work product
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment
