REPORTS TO: Director of Business Operations
Real Time Companies is searching for an individual who will succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.  This individual must be comfortable to wear multiple hats, be able to multi-task, and be willing to learn in a collaborative team oriented environment.  This individual will succeed only if they are able to take ownership of their area of responsibility as a key team member.
  • Build Staffing division within an entrepreneurial environment
  • Manage staff priorities and team performance
  • Manage team metrics in a commissioned structured department
  • Effectively direct and manage staff of technical recruiters and department needs while meeting personal performance goals
  • Supervise the recruiting process to ensure contractual compliance
  • Maintain metrics related to recruiting phases
  • Evaluate and create recruiting processes to ensure team success
  • Recruit for Technical positions in a direct hire, temporary, and/or temporary to direct capacity
  • Develop & manage requisitions, postings and candidates using the applicant tracking software
  • Create effective partnerships with client hiring managers that will enable a full understanding of their business and the requirements of their positions
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews, reference checks, and pay negotiations
  • Organize and maintain candidate status and screening results
  • Manage and track candidate availability using Excel/ATS
  • Develop a network of candidates and referrals
  • Communicate job and candidate status to hiring manager in real time
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Coordinates interview schedules for candidates based on client preferences
  • Generate new business clients through leads, job boards, referrals or cold call
  • Prospect target clients and develop relationships to successfully grow business
  • Work directly with clients/prospect clients to identify needs and provide top talent
  • Work with internal sales department to develop leads
  • Utilization of CRM to manage client communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service
  • Grow individual client base through marketing of services
  • Develop and maintain trusting client and candidate relationships
  • Create and manage client contracts and negotiations
  • Focus on aftercare of client and candidate placement, assure that expectations have been met
  • Follow up with clients and candidates to provide exceptional service
  • Excellent communication presenting client and candidate needs
  • Identify opportunities to grow business through scheduled client and candidate follow up
  • Engage in ongoing service activities to promote candidate retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure ongoing successful placement and expectations of candidates and clients have been met through scheduled client candidate follow ups
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 7+ years of work experience in a staffing and 2+ years of work experience as a staffing manager
  • Business Development/Recruiter Full Desk experience
  • Ability to lead a team of Technical  Recruiters
  • Polished professional presentation
  • Experience with recruiting in the Engineering or Aerospace industry a BIG PLUS
  • Previous experience with CRM system a BIG PLUS
  • Create, develop and manage KPI reports and metrics
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. 
  • Thorough understanding of HR guidelines and requirements in regards to Staffing
  • Extensive knowledge of full desk recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, assessing candidate skills and salary negotiations
  • Knowledge of using Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and managing candidates
  • Experience in full cycle interviewing
  • Ability to individually analyze and assess processes 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates regarding work processes
  • STRONG attention to detail, high % of accuracy in work, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this role represents the Company to clients and candidates
  • Interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a service focus
  • Ability take ownership of his/her work product as well as teams work product
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment
