REPORTS TO: Recruiting Manager
Real Time Companies is searching for an individual who will succeed in an entrepreneurial   environment.  This individual will excel as a dedicated contributor in a ground floor opportunity where they can grow with a new and expanding division.  This individual must be comfortable to wear multiple hats, be able to multi-task, and be willing to learn in a collaborative team oriented environment.  This individual will succeed only if they are able to take ownership of their area of responsibility as a key team member.  


  • Ability to recruit for Technical positions in a direct hire, temporary, and/or temporary to permanent capacity
  • Develop & maintain requisitions, postings and candidates using the applicant tracking software
  • Create effective partnerships with hiring managers that will enable a full understanding of their business and the requirements of their positions
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews
  • Organize and maintain candidate status and screening results
  • Manage candidate availability and track using Excel/ATS
  • Develop a network of candidates and referrals
  • Assist with administrative duties related to recruiting
  • Communicate job and candidate status to hiring manager in real time
  • Recruit for Technical positions, including sourcing and reference checking
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Coordinates interview schedules for candidates based on client preferences
  • Maintain metrics related to recruiting phases
  • Generate new business clients through leads, job boards and referrals
  • Work directly with clients/prospect clients to identify needs and provide top talent
  • Cold calling to potential new business clients
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Utilization of CRM to manage client communications
  • Build relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service
  • Grow individual client base through marketing of services
  • Develop and maintain trusting client and candidate relationships
  • Focus on aftercare of client and candidate placement, assure that expectations have been met
  • Follow up with clients and candidates to provide exceptional service
  • Excellent communication presenting client and candidate needs
  • Identify opportunities to grow placement business through scheduled client and candidate follow up
  • Engage in ongoing service activities to promote candidate retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure ongoing successful placement and expectations of candidates and clients have been met
through scheduled client/candidate follow ups
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • 5-7 Years relevant and proven work experience in a staffing or agency environment within a Recruiting role
  • Business Development/Recruiter Full Desk experience
  • Polished professional presentation
  • Experience with recruiting in the Engineering or Aerospace industry a BIG PLUS
  • Experience in recruiting for an entrepreneurial company a BIG PLUS
  • Previous experience with CRM system a BIG PLUS
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. 
  • Thorough understanding of HR guidelines and requirements as it relates to recruiting, interviewing and onboarding
  • Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, assessing candidate skills, salary negotiations
  • Experience in full cycle interviewing
  • Ability to individually analyze and assess processes and status
  • Ability to effectively communicate with hiring manager and peers regarding work processes
  • STRONG attention to detail, high % of accuracy in work, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this role represents the Company to clients and candidates
  • Interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a client service focus
  • Ability to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his/her work product
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment
