As a systems engineer on this team, you will perform technical activities in the design and development of avionics network switches, time-sensitive networking (digital backbone), and I/O.

JOB TITLE: Model Based Systems Engineer - Avionics

ABOUT THE JOB:
As a systems engineer on this team, you will perform technical activities in the design and development of avionics network switches, time-sensitive networking (digital backbone), and I/O.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in MBSE engineering development.
- Experience generating and allocating system functional requirements utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Proficient with Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Experience validating and verifying system requirements; including initial integration of software and hardware.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative to get things done.
- Good positive interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote team members.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with network switching.
- Experience with time-sensitive networking.
- Experience with various types of avionics I/O.
