REAL TIME CONSULTING (An RTCo Company)—POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Aerospace Technician – Test – Level 2
ABOUT THE JOB: As a Technician - Test - Level 2, you will play a crucial role in the Aerospace Technologies (AERO) business unit. You will be responsible for conducting tests, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical components and systems. Your expertise in testing and diagnosing equipment will ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of our aerospace products by conducting thorough tests and inspections. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to the overall success of our testing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct tests on electronic and mechanical components and systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
Repair and calibrate equipment as needed
Document test results and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability
REQUIRED SKILLS:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components
1+ years hands-on manufacturing experience
Strong technical skills and knowledge of testing equipment and procedures
Attention to detail
US Citizen
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Associate's degree in a technical field
Experience in the aerospace industry
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
