JOB TITLE: Software Engineers – FMS Guidance and Datalink
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking Advanced Software Development Engineers to be part of the Next-Gen Avionics team. You will be responsible for software requirements and code development for Flight Management System (FMS) Guidance and Datalink functional areas. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, resulting in the advancement of aerospace technology and the improvement of air travel.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Our engineering staff has an average of 20+ years of direct industry experience and we pride ourselves on both the quality and performance of our staff.
This position may require exposure to software, source code or technology that is subject to US export control laws and regulations (i.e., International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations). To comply with these requirements, you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce, as applicable.

- 5+ years embedded avionics experience
- Flight Management System (FMS) experience in Guidance and/or Datalink functional areas
- Experience in software development in accordance with DO-178
- Experience developing Software Requirements
- Experience developing Object-Oriented Software Code in C++
- Must be self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work in collaborative team environment
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
