We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to support software development including fixes and design changes of FMS navigation functionality.

JOB TITLE: FMS Nav Software Engineer
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to support software development including fixes and design changes of FMS navigation functionality.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science
- 8+ years software development for safety critical embedded avionics systems
- 5+ years’ experience using C/C++ programming languages for software development
- Familiar with the DO-178B/C Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience developing FMS navigation software
- Familiar with FMS NAV software architecture
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accountable and takes ownership of assigned tasks
- Self-motivated and takes initiative to get things done
