JOB TITLE: Engineering Support Specialist


ABOUT THE JOB:
As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing day-to-day operational support to drive the success of our program activities.  In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by assisting with the successful completion of projects, enhancing support efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with a team of engineers to execute programs.
  • Provide assistance with managing program financial data and schedule information to the team.
  • Help with cross-functional team communication to execute project plans.
  • Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Engineering Support or related roles.
  • Strong drive to learn and be supportive of a team of engineers.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in Aerospace Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for teamwork, communication and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
