JOB TITLE: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support a special project focused on knowledge transfer between multiple production locations. This role is critical in coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless implementation of existing products across sites.

JOB TITLE: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support a special project focused on knowledge transfer between multiple production locations. This role is critical in coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless implementation of existing products across sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate multi-site cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations.
- Review and manage Tooling between sites.
- Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions.
- Support Root Cause and Corrective Action initiatives.
- Collaborate across Quality, Design, and Test Engineering teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, such as Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics (STEM).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering within the Aerospace industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Familiarity with Aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings and Technical Documentation.
- Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace.
- Knowledge of Brazed Heat Exchanger Core assemblies.
