JOB TITLE: Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer – Automated Test Equipment


ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a Sr. Hardware Engineer with experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to join our team in the design, development, and implementation of advanced test hardware solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to create robust test strategies and systems that ensure product reliability and performance. You will play a key part in developing and validating hardware used to test complex electronic assemblies, components, and systems. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and drive innovation in automated test equipment development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware for products.
  • Develops test strategies, devices, and systems.
  • Performs stress and performance tests on a variety of computer hardware including circuit boards, processors and wiring.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • May lead and direct the work of others.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of advanced test hardware solutions
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
