1. This is a generic pipeline for all candidates who have previous Honeywell FMS experience.
2. Honeywell has ongoing needs for FMS System and Software Engineers and is more likely to hire candidates with name recognition.
3. Recruiters shall use this pipeline to stay in continuous contact with engineers who meet the previous Honeywell experience requirement. When candidates are identified to be interested and known availability is acquired, recruiter will immediately present the candidate to RTC management for MMHL promotion to various Honeywell client contacts.
4. Recruiters will use Candidate Tracker "MMHL Honeywell FMS Engineer Candidate Tracker" for documenting candidate qualifications and presentation to RTC management.
5. Recruiters will also submit an RTC formatted resume with relevant highlights to RTC management.
6. Company goal = 5 submittals/month
